Country Deluxe: Forever Marlene Cooke

"Country Deluxe" came into the making in 1987, while riding my horse on the mountain where I grew up. However, "Yesteryear Forever" and "Mistaken Love" was written for two of my sisters, they are a bit different from the other poems I have written. "Country Deluxe" was completed in 1993 and set tucked away in a closet, coming across it once more, I thought now's the time to do something with it, after all - nothing beats a failure except a try. Most of the pictures are taken where I grew up, this book truly, expresses my love for farming and the mountain life. All my hopes and long time dream of getting published has finally happened. I hope it becomes a success and others will get the same heart felt feelings that I put into it, especially our "American Farmers." Hope you enjoy and God Bless!Marlene R. Cooke
