We have to examine where we picked up certain habits that now affects your relationships with family, friends, and even your spouse. In this book, I show you my life story giving you insight on how the things that we give the least attention to can cause us to get off track and keeps us bound. By identifying the source of negative outcomes we face in adulthood, we can become free of past hurts, rejection, abandonement, anger, and bitterness.
