Randy gets his legs shot out from under him at a young age. Near death, an angel of mercy in the form of Father Jeremy finds him and saves him, but at the price of the loss of his legs. Defeated at first, new losses piled upon old losses, all at the hands of a gang of killers, give Randy a new reason for living-vengeance. Father Jeremy, a priest in need of saving, has wooden legs fashioned for Randy. And though the athletically ambulatory young man gets along quite well without them, Randy's stilts make excellent weapons of revenge.
