In the not so distant future, a Panacea has been created to resolve almost all of humanity's illnesses. However, there are people who are immune to the drug, whose bodies recognize it as a threat instead and attack it, slowly breaking their own systems down. All ten-year-old assassin trainee Adrien wants is for his best friend with Immunity to survive. He's willing to do whatever it takes to help Serik, but he is too young to understand the full ramifications of his decision. As the two grow closer, Adrien struggles to deal with the consequences of his decisions while simultaneously keeping those consequences a secret.
