This little Abc book is a labour of love, created by Susan Powell, facilitator, and photographer Larry Wells, with contribution by a team of adults with developmental delays. Brainstormed words are made into simple sentences, and illustrated by photographs of adults in their daily lives as they contribute to their communities. A great book for children with special needs, their families, those who support them, and their classmates in inclusive schools. From the foreword by Annabel Lyon: "Who should read this book? I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about the life of someone in their community or family living with a disability. I look forward to sharing it with my children, as a tool to teach them about their uncle's life."
