Servant Leadership: Effective Application for Air Force Leaders Steven J. Bleymaier

Air Force leaders can apply the servant leadership model as their primary way of leading. Air Force leaders can apply servant leadership as a dominant, overarching leadership style and effectively accomplish the mission. The methods used to conduct this research include literature reviews and personal interviews. The research will use historical and contemporary examples of military leaders demonstrating servant leadership as defined by the current literature. The research will show the practicality of using servant leadership in the military to accomplish the mission and provide recommendations for Air Force implementation.
