A reissue of the plates, which were originally published in 'Alcuni disegni di edificj pubblici e privati, di Giacomo Leoni architetto', which appeared in Leoni's Italian text and English translation of: 'Della archittura di Leoni Battista Alberti', vol. 3, 1726 [1730?]; the text of 'Some designs' is in English only and is different from that in the original 'Alcuni'.
