A view directly into the world of Coastal Georgia Metropolitan narcotics enforcement. Filled with gallows humor one would expect from a group of cops, to the excitement of undercover operations, car chases and gunfights. It's from the unique perspective of a narcotics agent, Dave Harger who has suffered his own losses due to drug use and abuse. As a former user, Harger has a unique perspective; his sole mission in life is to prevent as much of the drug trade as he can. He has turned himself into an expert in his field, and on a daily basis, he exerts that expertise in an effort to realize his ultimate goal; one which seems distant and unattainable. Together with his partner and best friend Sean O'Neill, they work the streets, working the shadows, seeing the things that the populace wouldn't want to see or they wouldn't understand if they did. During his own daily personal crusade, he encounters an old nemesis who has himself, altered the course of Harger's career, and who now threatens Harger's very life.
