This book is an examination of the question of "who wanted Jesus dead" using Hebraic Study methods. The church has used the narrative that the Jews in Jesus' day wanted Him dead to fuel antisemitism. Jesus' original disciples, followers, and supporters were all Jewish. The Jews wanted the Romans out of Judea. Why would they kill the Messiah who was supposed to do that for them? Maybe it was not the Jews who wanted Jesus dead but the Romans wanted him dead because of their political machine.
