S. C. § 3729(a)(1)(A)-(B). US ex rel. Wood v. Allergan, Inc., 899 F. 3d 163 (2nd Cir. 2018). * * * The FCA allows private persons, or relators, to prosecute qui tam actions "against alleged fraudsters on behalf of the United States government."
