Tisha Mathis runs a scientific research laboratory, and against her better judgement, she hires her ex-boyfriend, Albert Ennis, to work in the lab. Big mistake. Through no fault of his own, and with a little help from a clueless janitor mixing and dumping his genetic experiments down the drain, Albert accidentally creates a hideous creature that feeds off humans - via the plumbing.


Nobody is safe. Children, teens, adults, and even family pets fall prey to the voracious appetite of the bloodthirsty creature. It slithers through the sewer system and into the toilets of its unsuspecting victims. It waits, watches... and when they're the most vulnerable, it strikes with ravenous tentacles of terror. The feeding frenzy begins.


Reluctantly teaming up with Sergeant Roudowski, a gruff old-school policeman, Albert and Tisha attempt to set aside their personal issues as they venture deep into the bowels of the city's sewer tunnels. They must hunt down and stop the hungry Sewer Creature before it rips apart and devours the entire city.
