"To Rosalyn, who first awoke the fires of lust within me, and to Mary, the vicar's daughter with whom I learned to satisfy them."Never forgiving his father for the death of his mother, Doctor Onan blackmails Rosalyn, his father's mistress, into an affair as a means of extracting vengeance. But doing so awakes a raging lust in the young doctor, and soon tiring of such an experienced woman as Rosalyn he begins to desire a novice whom he can introduce to his lascivious desires. He sets his eyes on Mary, the daughter of the town's vicar, who through no action on her part had become the object of his desire. When Mary comes to his office as a patient and confesses her arousal from the reading of erotic novels, Doctor Onan provides her with a paroxysm to order to keep her from the sin of masturbation. But she is unable to resist, and a failed attempt at self-arousal results in a medical condition which then requires her to be confined to the doctor's care at his house for a week. He right away sets to seduction, but once he has aroused her passions her erotomania drives her to wanting dangerously more. They read the works of Marquis De Sade together which so inspires her curiosity that Doctor Onan is able to fully enjoy the once innocent Mary in every way imaginable.
