We make change happen, that's what we should do! We change things, if we are not making a change happen we are just wasting time and money. If we change things means that we put something into the world with the assertion that it will change someone for the better. That it will engage with a person in a way that it will change them. What we should do is make things better by making better things. With an argument in the form of service or product or a vision and use that.
