The story is about a young boy, named David, with a vivid imagination. His imagination takes him on adventures too far away places and interesting people. One moment he is walking in the forest and the next, he is talking tree. He has even been a superhero who saves the day. There is nothing beyond his imagination. The Wizard helps David deal with life. This is done by the use of his magic and of course the animal kingdom. Together they solve David's problem.
