On Theo's 35th birthday his best friend, a Computer Scientist called Rodrigo, shows up to tell him that he had discovered the weirdest thing possible: a way to travel through time using software. He named it... seglife.

However, soon after Rodrigo uses seglife for the first time, he receives the visit of two very strange guys: Dr. Tom and Dr. Will. One seems nice, the other not so much. Later, they find out that they can not only travel through time using seglife, but also manipulate reality as well.

While Theo sees seglife as a chance for him to be with his lost cousin one more time, little does he know that his life will never be the same again. Suddenly, they find themselves being hunted down by the guardians of the source code and in the middle of a revolution. Worse than that, they find out that peoples' lives are not completely theirs...

One guy has the means to set them free, but it will not be easy!
