200 years after the end of World War 3, humanity has become a stunted species. Governed by an all-powerful, all knowing and sentient machine known as the System, humans exist now as mere slaves to be controlled at its will. Procreation, jobs, sex, sleep. It is all controlled by the System now, and humanity follows its orders blindly because no one alive has ever known anything different. Humans are rotten creatures now. They cannot dream, they cannot imagine, they cannot aspire. They don't have feelings, they don't love and they don't have meaning. They are as much machines as the system that controls them is. A world like that, doesn't deserve to exist. So it might as well be torn down and started all over again. Anarchy, in the hopes of creating peace. That was his goal.
