Evergreen Street. The memories linger, continuing to haunt long after that fateful night. During the day it was much like every other street in suburbia. Children played in the street; neighbors discussed their days in driveways. It was a peaceful place.... with a dark secret buried deep in the night.

Aaron and Jacob never thought much about it until their lives were forever changed by venturing into the abandoned house down the street. Filled with youthful adventure and brashness, the boys creep into the house seeking fun and a few stories to tell their friends. What they got was much worse.

It started with a dare. Sneak inside and don't get scared. Huddled together in the dark, Aaron and Jacob explore the house. Their fear grows, threatening to turn to panic. Every shadow holds a monster. Every sound the approaching footsteps of death. Losing courage, they decide to leave. Then it all goes wrong. The events of this night will spark torment and guilt for years to come.
