A young widow, Krista Moore, goes to the cabin her late husband built on Beaver Lake in Arkansas, to think. Unsettled in her life since the premature death of her husband, Drew, two years ago, she decides to use her inheritance from her parents and the insurance Drew left her to purchases an old hotel converted into a bed and breakfast, in the historic town of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, This Inn was where she and Drew spent their honeymoon.
Her adventure begins when she moves into the Inn and hires a local contractor, Jack Nolan, to help her with renovations to get ready for a grand opening. Working together daily soon reveals to Krista how much she and Jack have in common.
