A Minute in the Mirror is a kid-sized book of affirmations, aimed at helping children to encourage themselves and speak positivity into their own lives. This book focuses on positive self-talk, including a poem for young readers to learn and recite each day.




Charmaine Holt, of Char Foundation LLC, was born and raised in Memphis, TN. She is the mother of beautiful twin girls, Korielle and Kadence. After studying Child Psychology at the University of Memphis, Charmaine felt it was critical to continue highlighting the importance of mental health in children. This book serves to help children build confidence, boost their self-esteem, and practice daily affirmations that result in powerful changes in their sense of self-worth.
