Rasa is the body of our feeling. Karsa is the will of God and Kuwasa is the power of God that envelops us both inwardly and outwardly. When these three become one, then every action we make in our lives will be the worship of God. This is what we receive in the latihan kedjiwaan of Subud when we truly surrender to God. When we first receive our opening, God gives us everything from A to Z. This is similar to the birth of a child, but we are not yet able to use it all. We first need to experience some purification of the sins and mistakes that we have inherited from our parents and our ancestors, along with those that we have also made ourselves. In other words, we have to experience some cleansing of our inner feeling from all the darkness that's in it. Only God can do this for us. All that we can do is to completely surrender ourselves to God with a feeling of patience, acceptance and full faith in the One Almighty God with a willingness to let go. We have to try directing ourselves to God only. Bapak has advised us to just say in our hearts, "God, God, God, or Allah, Allah, Allah." This will help us to receive directly from God. God is consequent. This means that if you believe in God 5%, then God will guide you 5% and so on. So we really must try to believe and direct ourselves only to God as far as possible. After that we need to just wait for the power of God to make us move. We should never move from our own will in the latihan. We should always wait until we are made to move by the power of God. If you still do not move, it does not mean that you are not opened. It only means that your latihan is working in parts of your being that you cannot feel yet, such as your blood, etc. If this continues, please make the helpers in your group aware of your situation and ask them to do special latihans with you until you can clearly feel the experience of being made to move by the power of God.
