Healthy as HSP with dissociation
Deni Iseli
I grew up in reasonable prosperity. For me, as HSP, prosperity has a lot to do with materialism. I am concerned with materialism in a minimal way. I have never been materialistic. I will never be materialistic. I'm practical. In my negative childhood I didn't know well-being, because I had to constantly suppress my feelings and emotions. For me, as HSP, well-being has a lot to do with feelings and emotions. As HSS, I want to try and experience, also with my therapy. The more repressed feelings and emotions I process, the calmer I feel. The calmer I feel, the greater my well-being. I feel mentally healthy. Despite my burnout, my dissociation and my concentration and memory disorders. My mind has always functioned well, but is temporarily obstructed. Almost everything in life is temporary. Psychosomatic problems can manifest themselves physically. I feel fairly healthy physically. I can move as I want, but not for a long time. The more progress with my therapy, the better my physical health. It can always be better. I will always be able to live independently, in increasing well-being.
