This story will take you on an amazing journey with six-year-old Little Toby, sad he is unable to go outside and play on a rainy day, is magically transported to Rainbow City by Suzie Rainbow, a multicolored little girl who wondrously pops out of a book stored in his toy chest. Excited and securely seated in a flying train, Little Toby's blues immediately fade away as he and his new friend Suzie Rainbow journey across Rainbow City, a magical community where every element comes to life, from cartoon characters and speaking musical instruments, in celebration of a colorful world where happiness and diversity rule the land. Children join Little Toby and Suzie Rainbow in the festivities as they all embark on a thrilling action voyage that includes a roller coaster ride, skateboarding, and racing cars, which provide many lessons on physical safety. Before being brought back home where he is happy to return, Little Toby also learns about nature appreciation as he travels with his new friends across Rainbow City's Emerald Green Forest.
