PARTICIPANT WORKBOOK: About This Course: Character is an invaluable quality to possess. Good character is proven over time. Strong morals, pressure, expectations, managing temptations, people, perseverance and difficulties all contribute to the tenacity of our character. Although character development is a long and difficult training to endure, it can be shattered and destroyed in less than a minute. This course seeks to help participants learn, practice and apply principles of tenacious character. What will participants learn? Participants will learn about the key attributes of tenacious character and why it absolutely essential for personal and interpersonal development. Why is this course important? This course is important because developing tenacious character is foundational to every area of our lives. It affects our family, those we work with and people around us. Our character is tested regularly. This test will return and often with greater intensity. Tenacious character is about understanding what is morally right and implementing the principles through our words, attitudes and actions. Who is this course designed for? Tenacious Character is designed for high impact learners who want to make an exponential and long-term difference in their personal and professional lives. It is designed for those who want to serve others more effectively. This course is designed for people of integrity who are committed to refining their character. How is this course structured and how much time is required for completion? This course is organized into four progressive sessions. We recommend for all four sessions to be completed in a two-day active learning workshop with at least ten participants in each workshop. This format provides each participant with the opportunity to learn, practice, and apply each principle thoroughly.
