Satan begins to lie to us about our true identity when we are young, convincing us that we are anything as long as it is less than the treasured bride of Christ we actually are. If he can keep them confused about their true identity, then he also keeps them bound to those lies, inhibiting the fullness in which they were designed to live on this earth.
