In the late 21st century, when progress faltered under the weight of corrupt governments, the world's leading minds fled to Eclipse City- a stateless Metropolis in the Sahara. Now that the old world is in decline, the evil organization known as Plutos- which manipulated governments for years- is planning to restore the status quo. Howard Fox, a soldier for the world's largest private military corporation- ARKCOMM- is hired by Plutos to find the anonymous architect of Eclipse City. Whilst surviving false flag attacks, space-born operations, and deadly drone battles, Howard must grapple with the complexities of fighting an unacknowledged war and also his own conscience as he questions who is the real enemy. The last and greatest world war will be waged in secret between corporations and the old empires- for the eternal freedom or enslavement of mankind.
