If you've ever felt you were pushing a boulder up the mountain called life; this book is for you. Perhaps the boulder you're dealing with represents depression, anxiety or marital issues, and no matter what you do, that boulder continues to roll back down over you, leaving you lying there crushed and broken. What I aimed to do was not only push my boulders to the top of life's mountain, but to face my personal issues head on. This is my story and a story that I hope in my heart will help someone else in need. Someone else facing the insurmountable task of moving their boulders to the top of the mountain. It's ultimately your choice how you respond to the boulder of depression and anxiety and the rocks of codependency and your hurts and pain. You have to do the work, maybe cry some tears and deal with some anger; you may lose friends or loved ones. You may have to cut people out of your life yourself. That is not easy. With the help of good group therapy and good one on one therapy you can and will find happiness and peace
