Life After High School College and Career Ready was written for high school students to help prepare them for college requirements such as GPA, ACT, and SAT criteria. Resources in the book will help students and parents understand how to navigate the complex path students will have to face when dealing with scholarships, preparing for the SAT & ACT, understanding the GPA requirements for their targeted schools. This book has been implemented at the district and school level to train school counselors and high school teachers. We believe these books will help empower your students to see how their current actions can influence the ability to attend their dream college, university, or specialty program. This book will also help parents, coaches, and counselors monitor and provide feedback to students as they work towards their goals this year. Our goal in creating this book was to provide students, parents, and educators with a resource that can be used to promote student accountability, increase graduation rates, and student performance on school-based assessments and SAT/ACT tests.
