We as nurses get so busy taking care of patients, answering to the needs of those we serve and their family members, carrying out doctors orders that we often overlook our own education and learning. Each day we are presented with situations and opportunities to learn and better ourselves. With a busy schedule those pearls quickly fill our minds but leave even faster.
