Angelo, a very creative and inventive old man, always in pursuit of helping his fellow citizens has just completed his first invention, The Submarine. One day he receives a desperate message from the Duke Yavinni the First - that their city is being threatened by a band of raggedy pirates and he needs his help. Angelo accepts the task and decides that this is the perfect opportunity to use his new invention and is able to banish the pirates from their city.
