Advances In Aerospace and Energy Systems
Advances In Aerospace and Energy Systems
Advances in Aerospace and Energy Systems proceedings brings together selected technical contributions presented at the Second International Conference on Advances in Aerospace and Energy Systems (IAES 2026). The proceedings present a collection of research contributions addressing contemporary challenges in aerospace and energy systems, with a strong emphasis on technologies relevant to future space missions and advanced engineering applications. This is organized into six thematic areas: Aerospace Engineering and Propulsion Systems; Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics; Sustainable Energy, Health, Environment and Systems Engineering; Combustion and Space Technologies; Fluid Dynamics and Heat Transfer; and Materials, Manufacturing and Structural Design.
The research brings together computational, experimental, and data-driven approaches to understand complex physical phenomena, develop intelligent and autonomous systems, improve energy and thermal management, and advance aerospace materials, manufacturing, and structural technologies. The contributions explore how emerging computational and intelligent methods can be applied to propulsion, spacecraft systems, automation, robotics, and engineering decision-making, while experimental and numerical studies investigate combustion, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, cryogenic systems, and thermal management under challenging operating conditions. Sustainable energy and environmental technologies, biomedical and bio-heat-transfer applications, and technologies for space-based resource utilization and life-support systems are also discussed.
Complementing these studies are investigations into advanced alloys, additive and precision manufacturing, joining and surface modification, non-destructive evaluation, and the structural integrity of aerospace components. Together, the contributions highlight multidisciplinary approaches for improving the performance, efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of next-generation aerospace and energy systems. This volume is intended for researchers, engineers, scientists, and postgraduate students working in aerospace and energy systems and related fields.
It will also be valuable to professionals in space technology, propulsion, thermal and fluid sciences, artificial intelligence and robotics, advanced manufacturing, materials, and structural engineering.
