Lost Inheritance Obert Holl
Lost Inheritance
Obert Holl
The goals of the book are (1) to highlight the suffering endured by Harry Patrick Holl's children (i.e., my late father and his three sisters who were born at the beginning of the twentieth century); (2) to focus on the injustices of the period that prevented Harry Patrick Holl from setting up a guardians fund, which, I believe, led to his premature death that was reported as an accident; (3) to highlight the peer pressure of the time that prevented Harry Patrick Holl from openly educating his coloured children; and (4) to highlight the evils of British colonialism, whose negative effects were being experienced by all the people who were born and still lived in Zimbabwe.
