This collection of poetry describes navigating the messy waters of heartbreak and healing. For the times I felt myself slipping beneath the waves, being pulled into a current of sadness. For the times I sank so deep I thought I wouldn't resurface. I had to feel all the deep, dark feelings to begin the journey to healing. These words are my journey.
