Hope Chandler isn't looking for love. Far from it After learning her husband dusted his desk with his admin, Hope is determined to start fresh. After a quick divorce, she finds herself a new job and a new life far away from her philandering husband in the small seaside town of Grey's Harbor. If that wasn't impulsive enough, Hope decides to rent a houseboat and accept a dinner invitation from her landlord, the handsome, yet haunted Bridger Cadigan. Making new friends, living on a boat on the river, and juggling suitors helps Hope to move on from the pain of her divorce, but something isn't quite right in this quaint, peaceful town. Suddenly, a rash of fires disrupts this new, easy rhythm of life, and Hope finds herself in the middle of the action. Can Hope find happiness in Grey's Harbor? Can Bridger Cadigan forgive himself his past and compete with the high school guidance counselor who has his sights set on Hope? Or will an arsonist spark disaster?
