Sacred EarthWalk: Wisdom of the Elders is the first in a series of Sacred EarthWalk books that explore our relationships, and our place in the Universe by challenging the conventional, and perhaps the unconventional wisdom, that often masks the reality of our existence. For tens of thousands of years, the Aboriginal Peoples of Turtle Island offered a path of Understanding known as the Medicine Wheel, sometimes referred to as Grandfather Teachings. These Teachings embody the principles of Honesty, Humility, Courage, Respect, Generosity, Wisdom and Love. I had the honor and privilege to befriend certain Anishinabeg Elders who shared with me these Teachings. Along with some personal stories from my own journey, and blessings from my Elders, this book passes on these Sacred Teachings.
