Solidifying the Relationship Between the Pastor and Associate Ministers Rosetta Lee Skates

This book is about how to strengthen the relationship between a pastor and his or her associate ministers. This is the result of doctoral research. The hypothesis of the research was that as the result of teaching, the relationship between the pastor and associate ministers will improve. Students attended eight-week sessions each Tuesday for two hours. The sessions consisted of discussions, videos and presentations. Qualitative research methodology was used to achieve the goals through interviews, questionnaires, surveys, observations and case studies. Pre and post-test surveys were used to measure outcomes. As a result of this project, the associate ministers took ownership of their assigned ministries. This book shows how it is possible for a pastor and association ministers to improve their relationships.
