In the fall of 1988, a drug running plane makes an emergency landing in the Bahamas at an airstrip owned by American spy, Laura Messier. Bad news for the drug runners as the drugs are confiscated and the pilots are arrested. The cartel boss blames Messier for the loss and orders her murder. After a failed attempt on her life, Messier uncovers a secret Pentagon office doing business with the cartels and the government of Panama to ship arms to the Contras in Nicaragua. To save her life, Messier and her team must ultimately face a showdown at a small airstrip in Southern Panama fighting a Columbian cartel, the Panamanian military and rogue elements from the Pentagon.
