They don't look foreboding, and that is their strength. Charles and Louise, an older, married couple carry out assignments at the behest of the U. S. President. Being older, elderly to some, they are able to maneuver themselves into situations that might stymie someone who better looked the part of spy. And they have special powers. In this, the third in the Charles and Louise series, they are sent to the Netherlands to harass a terrorist cell living in a houseboat -- a woonboot. There, Charles and Louise use their unusual talents to sow seeds of doubt and confusion in the group.
