Wake up and win, America, among other things, endeavors to promote soccer in the United States. It encourages victory in international soccer contests, using the guiding story of a married couple, Steve and Carol Bloom, who vacationed in Atlanta Georgia to watch the 1996 soccer Olympics. This eventful vacation remains a memorable experience for Steve and Carol and whose infectious love for soccer attracted discussions about this beautiful sport from other American soccer fans. Some of these persons suddenly developed their own love for soccer and even joined groups of discussants to reflect on the state of soccer in the nation. Discussants comprised other soccer enthusiasts, coaches and celebrities of varied description. Their discussions include assessments, constructive criticisms and recommendations for the improvement of the men's national soccer team. The comic section, of course, will not be overlooked.
