Over a period of ten years, author, Suzanne Phillippa Marcellus, searched the scriptures for a road map on how to daily grow in the likeness of Yahshua. She invites others on this journey in Developing the Fruit of the Spirit, A Journey Through the Heart of Christ. Your relationship with Christ will be strengthened as you evaluate the soil of your soul and allow Holy Spirit to uproot and prune everything that is not of Him in your life. The seeds of the Fruit of the Spirit will be planted and watered and Yahweh will cause you to grow into the fruitful tree He has designed you to be. On page 9 of this book, we are asked a question. "What do you think? Is it possible that we are to be a reflection of the Tree of Life in Heaven to a dying world? I say, "YES, WE ARE!" Notice that the leaves on the Tree of Life are for healing and the fruit are for eating. People should experience Christ's healing power through our lives and be able to eat of the Fruits of the Spirit in our lives daily. When they come in contact with us, they should be able to taste and see that the Lord is good (Psalm 34:8). No matter the seasons we go through in our lives, whether high or low, we have the ability to produce fruit in spite of our circumstances as Paul stated in 2 Timothy 4:2, "... Be ready in season and out of season..." Along with the nine fruits of the Spirit we will focus on developing: Righteousness, Justice and Mercy.
