This book deals with different dispensations and how God dealt with mankind in different periods. It includes some of the major events in the lives of men from Genesis to Revelation covering man?s disobedience, Lord Jesus Christ?s substitutionary death, burial and resurrection, and eternity. God chose Israel as nation for Himself, and called the children of Israel as His people. He is their God. He was angry with them over their unfaithfulness. The ?House of Israel? was scattered and the ?House of Judah? was taken into captivity. God presented a similitude of their unfaithfulness though the life of Hosea the prophet. God commanded Hosea to marry a woman from among prostitutes. In spite of their unfaithfulness God promised them that He would restore them because of Abrahamic Covenant. The Church is the Chaste virgin of Lord Jesus Christ and not to be confused with Israel. The Church has unique place in the sight of the LORD and is above Israel. The Church has Jews and Gentiles in it. The Church has come into existence when Holy Spirit came into the world and dwelt in the hearts of believers . The Holy Spirit will be taken out from this world when Lord Jesus Christ comes again. The History continues with unbelievers and rebellious children of Israel who will be left behind after the Church is caught up to be with the Lord Jesus Christ for ever and ever.
