Thomas marched from his heartbeat and into leadership.... Thomas Base was the person half the world wanted to be and the other half took as a jokester. As a child, he was the chubby kid with the cute face. He grew up in an urban area where not enough men saw success. He grew tired of hearing "try something else", from teachers and classmates alike. Armed with a passion for music and creativity, he would one day take Detroit by storm. Set in a city where many of his peers see the inside of prison or a grave before they reach their potential. Thomas aimed for a higher standard, note by note. He played to the tune of his heart. Ever the man to help in times of need, Thomas gets a call from his sister. With news of young, man that is in trouble. Mothers often do their best to raise sons alone. However, sometimes the problem needs a "Touch of Base."
