Last Chance
Mose Duane
Mayhem pursues J. C., an aging and washed-up pool player, who steals cash from an unprofessional, sexually deviant, hit man named Black Berry. Sadly, the money belongs to Juan Hernandez and the Mexican Cartel, and they want it back. With Black Berry hot on their heels, J. C. and his thirteen-year-old pool playing prodigy son, Kid, head for the small town of Upland, Arizona. Back with family and friends, J. C. soon, but maybe too late in his life, realizes that the important things in life are exactly that: family and friends. The stakes and outcome of a nine-ball game in the back room of a run down saloon called the Last Chance turns the town into a circus, and brings J. C. full circle to where it all began for him.
