Cenerentola, is a novel inspired by the folk tales collected by the Brothers Grimm, in this case, Cinderella. For years this story has been told in many media, but for years the most important question has been left unanswered. How and why did Cinderella's father die? Cenerentola answers that question and many more.
Just before his death, a source of untold wealth is discovered in the water surrounding Baron Gilbert du Fauché's estate, Cenerentola Island. He wanted to share the bounty with the people of the estate. His wife and her business partners wanted to keep it for themselves.

When his eldest daughter, Chantelle, is disinherited and forced to work as a servant in her family home, she knows something is not right. She begins searching for the truth, sadly this is Anseris, a world that is slowly shaking off centuries of enforced backwards thinking and a pseudo-Medieval way of life. Living in the servant's quarters gives Chantelle the ability to go and do things in parts of the house she would normally be barred from.

This is not enough, so with the help of her rebellious half-sister, her forward-thinking aunt, who has lived aboard space habitats since her son Aneurin was born, a semi-retired policeman on his summer holiday, and a law student who is more than she appears, Chantelle will fight to find the truth.
