This is the first complete English translation of Heidarviga Saga and the first English translation of it to appear in any form since the 19th century. The translation was made from the edition of Sigurour Nordal and Guoni Jonsson in Islenzk fornrit, Vol. 3, (Reykjavik, 1938).
