I started blogging in earnest (at solarlemur.com, if you want a preview) in February of 2013 after my fiancée broke off our engagement a few days into my so-called ?Jesus Year.? The breakup was one of the hardest things I?ve ever gone through, but looking back on it now--as much as I didn?t think this would ever be true at the time--I can honestly say that it was also one of the best things that?s ever happened to me. This is my memoir of the year that got me to that point, as told through a curated and only lightly edited subset of my blog posts from the time. It?s also my first book--so if you like it, a review would be great!
