An anthology published by Bendigo TAFE's Professional Writing and Editing programme. All staff and students in the Professional Writing and Editing, Design, Graphic Design and Visual Arts programmes at Bendigo TAFE were invited to submit work for inclusion in 2021's edition of - Painted Words: PAINTED WORDS 2021 - REGENERATION.

Contributing to this edition of Painted Words was their opportunity to record their response to the impact of the global pandemic's extraordinary disruption to their lives and their hopes for regeneration.

Painted Words 2021 will stand as a long-lived record of their pandemic experiences in their corner of the world. It will be lodged in the National Library, State Library of Victoria, Bendigo Library and the TAFE library.

In future years, their well-thumbed copy may help them answer the question, "What did you do during the Covid plague?"
