'Moments of Mystic' is a collection of visionary or 'new age' style prose. The flow of stories brings the reader on a journey through the vast landscape of the inner-world, as experienced and expressed through potent, bite-sized moments of connection to nature, self, the imagination & healing. The writing style is in the first person and thus has a meditative quality to it that brings the reader into more of a present-moment experience of the stories. Despite being lyrical, richly symbolic and slightly abstract in nature, these stories have a rawness and child-like presence to them that is very human - connecting us to the great mystery and complexity as well as the absurdity and the simple purity of the human experience.
