24 page book -soft back is what I lean toward. A story that talks about death and dying to children in a happy kind of way. Where is Grandma and when is she coming home? Grandma died sweetheart. I try to explain it in the softest, most believable way to my kids. What else is there? I wrote our story over 20 years ago, and with the help of my daughters illustrations, I think it helps.
