In a town that had not seen a murder in over fifty years, Detective Mason Kade leads the local force to stop this killer but when the local authorities are inept to catch the killer the FBI comes in. Agent Mitchell Rakers,a highly touted profiler,brings his team in to assist and apprehend the Wishbone Killer. It is not long before he realizes this killer is smarter,more cunning then any they have investigated. It seems only the psycho will let them catch him but he has no intention of being caught.
