Two cats are out of control! Their rich owner is alerted by the untruthful sports columnist in his new newspaper. He rides home to find the truth and grounds the cats from all their pampered life. After the untruthful Jeff continues the sports nonsense, Yem, the rich newspaper owner, decides to observe him at a game. The team they were rooting for was loosing, so he packed up and left early. BANG! A murder is witnessed. No one believes Jeff, not even his dog. The cats are trying to get the message across to Yem by using the only thing left to them, their home of Feline Quarters.
